Bonaire has one of the largest flamingo colonies of the world.
Spread over the whole island makes it impossible of visiting Bonaire and not seeing them. From the southern part of the island you see them often flying across the sea in the late afternoon, they are heading for some small island north of Venuzuela, a stunning view.
