Rates are per apartment, excluding tourist tax of USD 5,45 per person per night  (children under 13 do not pay this tax).
For a 3 night stay or less there will be a surcharge.

To make your reservation definite we require a deposit of 20% of the total amount. The balance will be charged 4 weeks prior to arrival. These payments are non-refundable. Therefore we advise to take a travel insurance.
